Sleepability is the culmination of my 25 years of helping individuals to sleep again using homeopathy and natural remedies.
Prior to becoming a natural sleep expert, I'd made a career out of delivering on very real commercial deadlines. I was one of those that 'thrived on adrenalin' and, all was well, except I couldn’t switch off, and, increasingly, I couldn’t sleep. I thought I was fine getting by on 4-5 hours’ sleep per night. I knew it was unsustainable at some level and tried complementary therapies for stress management which really helped my sleep and, on a deeper level, the realisation that I'd reached a turning point. I started walking a different path which continues today - I qualified in Holistic Massage, followed by Homeopathy, Stress Management and Natural Nutrition, and I’ve never looked back. I finished a Degree in Homeopathy in 2016 which included advanced case taking and reviewing the solid evidence for Homeopathy, and I'm as passionate about Homeopathy and natural healing as I was all those years ago.
